OUR MISSION To assist with caring for the aging adult. supporting ongoing quality of life, including spiritual, mental and physical wellness.
We share a passion in working with the older adult and their families. We can assist in removing the barriers to accessing quality services.
WHAT WE DO A growing number of adult children are confronted with the dilemma of having parents or other loved ones, who require increasing assistance in their daily lives. Often these adult children have little knowledge of available resources, or the ability to access them. It's hard to know where to turn.
- EARS care managers specialize in assisting older adults and their families with long term care needs.
- EARS care managers will work with you and your loved one, to tailor a care plan than meets their individual needs.
- EARS will review the care plan with you and provide resource options. We can link your care to specialists, including elder care attorneys, geriatric physicians and nurses, counseling, and home care services.
- EARS is also available to assist you as you follow through your plan.
